- Placing Utility and Council Tax bills in tenants names
- Arranging a standing order for the rent payment into Landlord's account.

Rent Processing, which includes:
- Collecting the rent, paying it into the Landlord’s account, and providing a rental statement.

Full Management, which includes the following:
- Monitoring the tenants and checking that the property is being kept in a satisfactory condition
- Overseeing all maintenance matters concerning plumbing, boiler repairs, electricity faults, and minor building repairs
- Dealing with all necessary Inland Revenue enquiries
- Providing the Landlord with the current position regarding the condition of their property
